As a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with Pro Vita Care Management, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care.
About the RoleYour day-to-day activities will include observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions, providing personal care to residents as required, and ensuring adherence to infection control practices.
- Assess resident health status, differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings, recognizing deviations from mental health baseline, and differentiating between dementia and delirium.
