Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Structural Assembler to join our team at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. As a Structural Assembler, you will be responsible for installing and assembling components on an aircraft structure. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and assemble components on an aircraft structure, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand component specifications and installation requirements.
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as drilling, countersinking, and torquing.
- Work with a team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure that components meet specifications and standards.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in aircraft assembly or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production schedules.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
