Job Overview


G & B FUEL & CONVCE STORE is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Wash Operations Manager to join our team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vehicle wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.


We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.



About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality results and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work activities and achieve organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with employees, customers, and stakeholders.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in supervisory or management roles within the cleaning or maintenance industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.


Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. We offer a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and physically demanding work conditions. The ideal candidate will possess manual dexterity, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
