About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our multidisciplinary team in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat clients with complex cases, developing and implementing holistic treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional care, participating in case conferences and case management.
  • Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students, providing mentorship and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • 3-5 years of experience in assessing and treating adults with complex conditions.
  • Experience in Occupational, OWN, or WSIB, Veterans Rehabilitation, and Mental Health is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing self-scheduling.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology.
