We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to join our team at Appleby College. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Summer Boarding Program, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and outcomes
- Coordinate program activities, including staff training and risk management
- Foster a positive and safe program culture, leading teams and creating inclusive activities for all participants
- Oversee facility management, equipment, and programs to ensure high standards are met

Requirements:
