Lazeez Shawarma is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to optimize restaurant profitability.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on restaurant performance.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
