Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods according to company standards.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Keep records of food quantities used and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Take customers' orders and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Restock condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Will train the right candidate.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
