Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Aurora area. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position offering consistent hours and a set schedule. You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your skills and experience will be utilized to their fullest potential as you deliver compassionate and evidence-based care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to residents in accordance with established policies, physician orders, and resident plans of care.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify resident needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
  • Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent degree.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including electronic medical records.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

This position is located in the Aurora area, providing easy access to public transportation and amenities.
