Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Château de Mercuès.
The Role
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, utilizing cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to established quality and sanitation standards.
- Responsible for setting up stations for service and cleaning the kitchen following the end of service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of diverse cooking techniques, including grilling, sous vide, and baking.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in various cooking roles, with a strong background in culinary arts.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina, with the ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Formal culinary training is preferred, but not required.
