  • Oversee the financial performance of assigned countries and provide clear, concise reporting data.
  • Lead countrywide candidate attraction, associate retention, training, and development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in the pharma industry or logistics.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Internationally orientated executive with a strong understanding of global markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA a plus.
