Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a key member of our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, assessing patient prescriptions, and promoting healthy living and immunization programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and dispense medications according to regulatory guidelines
* Assess new and repeat prescriptions to ensure accurate medication management
* Consistently apply medication management principles to promote healthy living
* Educate patients on medication use and monitor their progress
* Document and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication dispensing

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree from an accredited institution
* Licensed with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia in good standing
* Current CPR Certification Valid in British Columbia
* Strong organizational and operational oversight skills to manage pharmacy inventory and financials
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
