Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in emergency nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide safe and competent patient care in the Emergency Department
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Experience working in an acute care setting, preferably in emergency nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
