Intercast Staffing is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Incident Response Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading critical emergency response and communication efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate all aspects of crisis response through to crisis resolution, leading investigations and providing strategic insights.
- Liaise with senior leaders, stakeholders, and special operation centers to provide critical incident/crisis trend analysis.
- Contribute to the development of our crisis management capability, including playbook designs and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with business continuity teams to ensure seamless incident response and recovery.
- Provide expert guidance on risk management and crisis communication best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of experience in incident response, crisis management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading critical emergency response efforts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
