Job Title: Automotive Refinishing Technician

Body Plus Collision Repairs Ltd. is seeking a skilled Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our busy body shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a seamless finish and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Refinish vehicles using a variety of techniques, including painting, priming, and sanding.
  • Work closely with other technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.
Working Conditions:
