Principales fonctions

L'architecte de solution TI est responsable de l'évaluation des besoins TI de l'entreprise et de leur transformation en solutions, produits ou services. Il coordonne les activités en cours en matière de solutions, notamment pour l'initiative, la définition des concepts, l'analyse, la mise en œuvre des exigences, ainsi que le transfert aux opérations informatique.

Rôle d'autorité d'entreprise en matière d'architecture de solutions TI
  • En s'appuyant sur les travaux de l'architecture d'entreprise et ses connaissances technologiques, il définit et oriente les solutions technologiques des projets et initiatives qui lui sont assignés.
  • Il assure la réalisation d'études de faisabilité et de mise en œuvre reliées à son champ d'expertise.
Conception de solution technologique
  • Il recommande, conçoit, sélectionne et implante les solutions technologiques, procédures, normes et programmes conformément aux orientations retenues, au plan stratégique d'entreprise, aux priorités des secteurs d'affaires, ainsi que de la vision stratégique des TI.
  • Il assure le respect et la mise en application des exigences, principes, normes et orientations TI, et cela en fonction des méthodologies reconnues et adoptées par l'entreprise.
  • Il élabore l'architecture et assure l'intégration des solutions, systèmes, applications et des données liées à son domaine en faisant appel aux technologies de pointes reconnues et en prenant compte des impacts et incidences sur l'ensemble des systèmes de la Société.
  • Il peut assurer le rôle d'architecte intégrateur (applications, infrastructure, sécurité et données) à l'intérieur d'un projet dont la solution touche principalement son domaine d'activités.
Planification des technologies
  • Il participe à l'élaboration de la vision globale et de la planification stratégique des technologies, ainsi qu'à l'élaboration des plans de transition et à l'identification des priorités et des budgets.
  • Il assure une vue intégrée de la planification des solutions et technologies liées à son secteur, en synchronisme avec les orientations.
  • Il agit à titre de référence et de leader dans la planification l'élaboration, la mise en œuvre et l'encadrement de l'ensemble des activités inhérentes à la gestion des risques et de la sécurité TI.
Responsabilité de secteur et Gouverne fonctionnelle
  • Il gère et encadre les activités reliées à son secteur d'intervention appliqué à l'ensemble de la Société, soit les orientations, la sélection, la normalisation, la planification, l'architecture et l'intégration.
  • Il effectue une gouverne fonctionnelle auprès des employés du Service des systèmes d'information travaillant sous son champ d'expertise.
Gestion de projets
  • Il collabore à la gestion et la réalisation de projets et/ou lots de grande portée : il apporte son soutien à la planification de toutes les activités reliées à l'architecture, il coordonne, il encadre, il assure la réalisation de l'architecture des projets qui lui sont attribués, en prenant compte des impacts sur l'ensemble des projets et enjeux technologiques de la Société.
  • Il dirige les équipes de développement d'applications pendant les phases de conception (architecture), afin de respecter les orientations stratégiques.
  • Il planifie, il coordonne et il encadre les activités ainsi que la qualité des livrables de conception dont il est responsable.
  • Il agit à titre de conseiller technologique dans la phase de réalisation afin d'assurer l'alignement et le respect des orientations technologiques afin de protéger les investissements technologiques de l'entreprise.
Vigie et opportunités technologiques
  • Il assure la vigie en architecture de solutions TI, il agit à titre de vecteur d'amélioration et d'innovation, et il anticipe les tendances du marché en la matière en termes de méthodologies et de meilleures pratiques reconnues. Il suit constamment l'évolution des TI afin de maintenir ses connaissances à jour.
  • Il pratique un leadership dans son domaine ; il offre du coaching au personnel des équipes de conception et de réalisation.
  • Il est responsable des études d'opportunité dans son champ d'expertise en lien avec la vigie effectuée dans son domaine.
Représente la Société auprès d'organismes externes
  • Il effectue toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences
  • Il possède un diplôme de Maîtrise (M. Sc.) en informatique.
  • Il a 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en : toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience pertinente sera considérée.
