**About the Position**

We are currently seeking a Financial Market Analyst to join our team in the Securities Division. As a Financial Market Analyst, you will provide subject matter expertise in conducting in-depth reviews and analyses of prospectus and continuous disclosure documents filed by New Brunswick reporting issuers.

You will also participate on numerous national corporate finance related committees and contribute to policy development. In addition, you will act as an accounting resource for the Division and the Commission through the review of financial-related documents and budgeting activities.

To be successful in this role, you will require a university degree, 7+ years relevant post-designation work experience, and in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards. You will also possess working knowledge of securities legislation and be able to communicate effectively in both collegial and adversarial situations.
