Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior.NET Developer to join our team at SaskEnergy. The successful candidate will work as part of our Digital, Technology and Security – Application Management and Support (AMS) team, providing technical expertise and leadership in the development and maintenance of our.NET applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#.Net, Java, and database scripting using SQL Server 2012 or higher or Oracle 10g or higher. They will also have experience with modern Web APIs (REST & SOAP), IIS, and Visual Studio.

The Senior.NET Developer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, developing and maintaining good documentation, and transferring knowledge to junior and intermediate resources. They will also participate in code reviews and mentor junior and intermediate resources.

The successful candidate will have a recognized bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline. They will also be able to work on-site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, SK.

We are looking for a candidate who can work independently and as part of a larger team, with minimal direction. They will have the ability to switch focus quickly, learn new skills, and effectively prioritize work items.

The proposed hourly rate shall be inclusive of all travel and living costs (PST and GST are extra).

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
