Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Refinisher to join our team at Boyd Autobody & Glass. As an essential member of our detailing crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle detailing.

About the Role
  • Provide an unparalleled customer experience by thoroughly detailing each vehicle to meet our high standards.
  • Clean and protect vehicles using industry-leading methods and materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and health guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve repair facility KPIs and ensure seamless delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform the following tasks:

  • Clean and dry vehicles, including windshields, windows, lights, and exterior body panels.
  • Protect and preserve automobile exteriors through buffing, polishing, and wax application.
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and clean interior components, including some stain removal.
  • Inspect and refinish repairs to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Check in new vehicles, document prewash and prior damages, and add necessary fluids and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean parking lot, sweep floors, and power wash as required.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard materials and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to provide own tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
