The Night Shift Team Member Role

We're looking for a skilled and energetic Night Shift Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment to produce high-quality products that exceed our guests' expectations. Your ability to learn, adapt, and implement new innovations will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service - Provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring their experience is delightful and memorable.
  • Teamwork - Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve high A&W operating standards.
  • Food Preparation - Prepare food to standard recipes or customized for our guests, using online learning and hands-on training.
  • Safety and Cleanliness - Maintain a safe and clean environment for our guests and team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Multi-tasking - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication - Effective communication skills to work with colleagues and guests.
  • Flexibility - Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs.), and engage in repetitive tasks.
