Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, Triple O's.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that all areas of the restaurant meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting expectations
  • Recruit and train new staff members to maintain a high-quality team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a management position
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Language: English
  • Work hours: 35 hours per week

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
