Job Summary

The Bagel House is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial and Administrative Leader to oversee the organization's financial and administrative functions. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of financial management, human resources, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development and implementation of human resources strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish organizational goals and objectives, and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior financial and administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial and administrative information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of senior staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial and administrative data and develop effective solutions.
