Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team at the Center for Pain and Stress Research, Ltd.

This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 per year, based on 32.5 hours of work per week.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of marketing materials, coordinating special events and promotions, and gathering research to develop effective marketing strategies.

You will also be responsible for conducting online marketing and e-commerce promotions, developing a portfolio of marketing materials, and writing and editing press releases and communications materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Gather and research communications material
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials
  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions
  • Develop marketing strategies
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a marketing or related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
