We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support public sector change management and training deliverables.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst at S.i. Systèmes, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with their procurement needs. This includes developing change management deliverables, such as Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, and Communication Strategy and Plans.

Your experience in project management, combined with your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite tools, will be essential in driving business outcomes and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational change initiatives;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess business needs and develop solutions to address them;
  • Design and deliver training programs to support stakeholder engagement and development;
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive-level contacts;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on change management and training deliverables;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools, including SharePoint;
  • A 4-year post-secondary education in business, public administration, or a related field.
