Job Description:

We are seeking two individuals to fill the role of Lead Concession Manager, who will play a key part in our team overseeing the day-to-day operations of our on-site bar and concession.

The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that the concession work areas and storage rooms are clean and organized, as well as guaranteeing that the shift runs smoothly and efficiently. They will also be in charge of restocking fridges and supplies for the next shift.

This position does not come with any additional supervisory roles beyond those of the rest of the concession team. However, the Lead Concession Manager will take a leading role in:

  • Training: Providing guidance and support to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Maintenance of patron facing spaces and stockrooms: Ensuring these areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet high standards.
  • Consistency across all elements of the position: Maintaining a consistent level of quality and performance throughout the team.


Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
