Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the Purchasing team
- Analyze and develop strategic re-ordering and planning processes
- Lead Inventory management activities and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing processes and contract/vendor management practices
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in supply chain/procurement, including leadership in governance, process, and systems
- Strong emotional intelligence, innovation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated experience in quantitative analytics and a College or University degree in Procurement, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Competitive salary range of $105,000 to $120,000 per year
