Job Title: Department Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Team Lead to join our team at T&T Supermarket Inc. As a Department Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our supermarket's meat department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet business needs
  • Establish work schedules to meet business objectives
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets
  • Organise day-to-day business operations to maintain high standards
  • Conduct quality control to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • 5-10 people supervision experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
