About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team at In Season Farms Ltd. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm and feed mill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Handling: Safely transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment, ensuring efficient and safe movement of materials.
  • Quality Control: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Packaging and Preparation: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products for distribution.
  • Support Services: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed, providing support to ensure the success of our operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Work Environment

As a Laborer at In Season Farms Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will be exposed to various working conditions, including:

  • Odours: You may be exposed to strong odours from the feed mill and other areas of the plant.
  • Dusty Conditions: You will work in dusty environments, requiring you to take necessary precautions to maintain a safe working environment.
Work Setting

Our farm and feed mill operate in a variety of settings, including:

  • Agriculture: You will work in agricultural settings, including fields and greenhouses.
  • Farm: You will work on our farm, assisting with various tasks and operations.
  • Feed Mill: You will work in our feed mill, assisting with the production and packaging of animal feed.
