About the Role

We are seeking a part-time English teacher to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching English to elementary students and a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach English to elementary students in a one-on-one setting
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve teaching skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
  • Experience teaching English to elementary students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and Saturdays
