Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Arctic Jewellers. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales.
  • Offer suggestive selling and upselling opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring the counter area is tidy.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their purchases.
  • Wrap or place merchandise in bags and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor all entrances and exits, requesting proof of payment when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Permanent employment opportunity with regular working hours of 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Will train provided for this role.
  • Language of work: English.
