At Alberta Health Services, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lacombe Continuing Care Facility. As a key member of our interprofessional healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing safe, quality patient and family-centered care.

Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing personal care to residents under the direction of a registered nurse, in accordance with established care plans. You will also provide encouragement, emotional support, and ensure the dignity of the resident is maintained at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)

Previous Long Term Care experience preferred. CCHSS training an asset. ROL training an asset.
