Job Title: Construction Laborer - Carpenter Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction laborer to assist our carpenters on various projects at Maple Construction Ltd.

About the Role:
  • Assist carpenters with tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete and asphalt.
  • Help frame houses, erect walls, and build roofs.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.

This is a physically demanding role that requires working under pressure and handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Requirements:
  • Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.

Maple Construction Ltd offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits including relocation assistance for those willing to relocate.

The work schedule is approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
