Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Labourer, Laundry to assist with various tasks in our dry cleaning and laundry establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating finishing equipment, assembling and bagging finished articles, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate steam pressers and hand irons to finish dry cleaned and laundered articles
  • Assemble and bag finished articles
  • Hand fold and bag shirts, sheets, and other articles
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Physically demanding work
Work Environment

The work site environment is hot, noisy, and may involve odours and wet/damp conditions.

Language

The work language is French.

Hours

The work hours are 40 hours per week.
