Village des Valeurs is part of the Savers family of stores. We are a global for-profit retailer of gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Our business model of 'Rethink and Reuse', encompassing buying, selling, and recycling, provides communities with a smart way to shop and prevents over 700 million pounds of used goods from ending up in landfills each year. Job Summary

As a Supervisor - Store Team Member, everything you do has a specific purpose that links team member efforts to your store's financial results. Our Sales Supervisors make important decisions that have a direct impact on the success of their store, every day. They also continuously improve and empower their team members.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisor - Store Team Member roles may include:

- Front Store Supervisor

- Production Supervisor

- Community Donations Supervisor
