Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious AZ/DZ Driver to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and maintaining contracted assets, including roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, and vegetation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate snow removal and/or sanding equipment, including salting and other seasonal maintenance on roads, bridges, etc.
  • Maintain and repair highway and other surfaces, including signs, guardrails, fence, lighting, potholes, striping, adding or replacing reflectors, litter and debris removal
  • Perform traffic control setup and removal
  • Transport crew and equipment to work sites
  • Be available for emergency response rotations as needed for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
  • Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license and acceptable driving record / AZ license a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years related work experience in related construction, road maintenance, commercial/industrial repair, operating equipment through use of DZ license

Work Environment
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high precarious places; fume or airborne particles
