Job Title: Softgoods Associate

At Giant Tiger, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Softgoods Associate to join our team. As a Softgoods Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 18 kg, and perform other physical demands of the job.
