Job Title: Merchandise Processing AssociateWe are seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team. As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you will play a critical role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise.
- Comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure your success in the role.
