Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain a physically demanding schedule, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train.
  • Basic security clearance required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain a physically demanding schedule.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.

What We Offer
  • Permanent full-time or part-time position.
  • 32 to 44 hours per week.
