Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual to join our team as a full-time dishwasher. As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Your contributions will directly impact the overall dining experience, ensuring our high standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as required.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are kept clean and sanitary throughout the shift.
  • Sort and store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in their designated areas.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization of the dishwashing station and restock necessary supplies.
  • Perform end-of-shift cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and manage recycling in accordance with restaurant policies.
  • Support kitchen staff by assisting with other cleaning or prep tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
