Job Opportunity: Commercial Litigation Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team at ZSA Legal Recruitment. As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of commercial files, working closely with our experienced lawyers to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with commercial litigation cases, including research, document review, and court appearances
  • Work closely with lawyers to develop and implement litigation strategies
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in law, with a focus on commercial litigation
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
