General Clerk Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers and fellow team members.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions efficiently.
- Share product knowledge with customers and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the department and equipment.
- Ensure only the freshest products are displayed and available for customers.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Clean equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
- Retail customer service experience is considered an asset.
