Job Title: Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team in QC-Promenades Drummondville. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and making recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.
  2. Determine client's needs and suggest products to meet their needs.
  3. Communicate product knowledge to clients as appropriate.
  4. As required, provide makeovers to clients.
Requirements
  • One to three years' experience in retail or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Flexible work schedule and willingness to work days, nights, and weekends.
