Culinary Specialist

Aéroport de La Grande-Rivière is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:

  • Cook Trade Certification
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the culinary field
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
