Agricultural Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Consultant to join our team at Marjolaine Dion C.O. et RH. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales agronomist to work in a rural area, providing valuable services to farmers on various agricultural subjects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing agricultural data, conducting research, and maintaining records of services provided. They will also provide counselling and advisory services to farmers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to succeed in their endeavors.

• Analyze agricultural data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct research on best practices in agriculture to stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Maintain accurate records of services provided to clients, including advice given and outcomes achieved
• Provide expert guidance and support to farmers on various aspects of agriculture, including crop management, soil health, and pest control

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field
• Valid driver's licence to travel between rural areas
• Ability to distinguish between colours and attention to detail
• Judgement and client focus skills

This role involves working outdoors in rural areas, often in varied weather conditions. The successful candidate must be able to withstand physical demands of the job, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
