Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at Scotiabank. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' financial situations and goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment, retirement, and estate planning strategies.
  • Provide ongoing financial guidance and advice to clients, including market updates and investment recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other financial professionals to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services, with a strong background in financial planning and investment advice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze financial data.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Mutual Funds licence and CIFP Diploma.
