About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Mirra Masa Fashion. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and overseeing the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and processing merchandise, and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise.
