We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML and experience working on large-scale software projects. You will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet internal and external client requirements, as well as providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI/ML powered software systems
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Develop and implement AI solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience building production-grade engineering solutions
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and helping them grow their technical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Salary Range:$150,000 - $200,000 per annum
