We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-time Supervisor to join our DSW team. As a Part-time Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with the team, and execute operational excellence will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  • Facilitates achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
  • Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Opens and closes the store proficiently.
