Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Guide Valve Ltd. as a key member of our operations department.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Logistics Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of logistics activities.
- Supply Chain Planning: Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments, to meet business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of equipment, including monitoring and maintaining warehouse and work areas.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of shippers and receivers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of logistics activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
