Strategic Software Product Leader for Innovative Engineering Solutions

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Software Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the success of our software products and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving them. They will focus on building products that customers love by defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the lifecycle of multiple software products, ensuring strategic direction and goals are met.
- Develop and track revenue, costs, profitability, and operational quality, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Budget and direct product business resourcing based on goals for profitability and growth.
- Cultivate customer relationships through product development and communication, addressing their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the development team to define roadmaps, plan product features, and prioritize user stories.
- Proven experience as a Software Product Manager or similar role, with expertise in software products business, software development, and project management.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in R&D environments or other high-uncertainty programs.
- Familiarity with data analysis and market analysis, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced degree in a related field, such as Master's or Ph.D.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
