Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and interpreting broadband coverage and infrastructure data using GIS tools.
  • Developing interactive maps and spatial visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Automating data workflows and streamlining GIS processes for efficiency.
  • Performing geostatistical analysis to identify patterns and trends in broadband access.
  • Creating and managing enterprise geodatabases and ensuring data integrity.
  • Supporting broadband feasibility studies with visual resources and analysis.
  • Developing and implementing GIS-based solutions to enhance broadband planning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8 years of direct, hands-on experience and proficiency with ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and FME Software.
  • 5 years of direct, hands-on experience creating thematic maps that highlight specific data points or trends.
  • 5 years of direct, hands-on experience designing and producing maps that visually represent spatial data.
